Class of '18 Senior Gift
For the first time in GMC history, the current year’s graduating class will be donating a Senior Gift to the school. Senior Gifts are tokens of gratitude that are thought up and paid for by the Senior class; they are meant to benefit the students who follow and the school overall.
Fostering a sense of autonomy, members of the senior class will be put in charge of planning and carrying out fundraising opportunities. Each of the Senior Blazer Blocks worked together to brainstorm fundraising ideas, but the final decision rests in the hands of a senior committee. Some of the spit-balled ideas include selling Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and Krispy Kreme donuts in the morning and profit shares with restaurants like Moe’s.
The Senior Gift was already voted on, but it's identity will be officially kept secret until it's decided reveal date. This will not account for possible leaks in the system that are also known as loose-lipped seniors.
