"I'm excited," said Kate Stefanacci. Technically, you have to be 18 to work behind a pharmacy counter, but Stefanacci says internship allows you to "get into the game early" because, among many other requirements, becoming a pharmacist requires a year long internship. Thanks to Senior Project Internship, Stefanacci is one step closer to pursuing her career at the University of Carolina.
