The Rise in Chick-fil-A
On Monday, August 10, some dreadful news for Chick-fil-A fans arose out of the blue: a rise in prices on Chick-fil-A’s menu.
It’s only an average of $0.13 per item. But still, that eleven cents adds up very quickly if you are a patronizing fan of the franchise.
This change has not only affected customers, but the employees who also serve the food. Some Chick-fil-A franchises give their employees a fixed allowance for break food. For example, some franchises give seven to eight dollars. So, when the prices rose, employees couldn't get as much food as they could have before August 10th. I know about this dilema because I work for a local Chick-fil-A.
