Top 10 Fictional Couples
Don't pretend you didn't spend hours in middle school thinking about your favorite couple from a book or a movie. You can't hide. We know. *SPOILER ALERT*
10. Katniss and Peeta
The Hunger Games
I have never read nor seen The Hunger Games, but I love Jennifer Lawrence. Also, Brianna told me to put them on the list, so I did.
9. Link and Mipha
Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Of course I love Zelda and Link's classic relationship and its complexities, but I must remain loyal to the fish princess and her knight. This relationship isn't canon, which is why it's fictional! It's just not real!
8. Simon Spier and Bram Greenfeld (a.k.a. Blue)
Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda and Love, Simon
Sure, Simon may have been mercilessly blackmailed by a complete stranger, but that led to a beautiful relationship with one of his friends! But seriously, please don't blackmail strangers.
7. Viola and Orsino
Ladies, have you ever disguised yourself as a man to find a job, but your supervisor tells you to deliver a love letter to another lady, and that lady falls in love with you instead because she thinks you're a guy? And then you drop your disguise and end up marrying your supervisor? Yeah, me neither, but Viola did. I guess it was kind of romantic.
6. Ginny and Harry
This is possibly the most popular couple of the century. While this is a basic couple, Ginny is no damsel in distress; she could destroy me in a duel in mere seconds. Harry is kind of the most powerful wizard ever. This is the definition of a power couple.
5. Sabrina Spellman and Harvey Kinkle
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
This is only on the list because I couldn't find a picture of Nick and Sabrina, but I suppose this relationship is acceptable as well.
4. Percy and Annabeth
The Percy Jackson Series
Percy and Annabeth were just too cute in the book series. Need I explain any further?
3. Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt
Parks and Recreation
He's an analytical pessimist, and she's a genius optimist; together, they're Reasonable Chaos.
2. Jake and Amy
Their personalities contrast each other's completely, and they're just so cute together. I had at least three people screaming at me in college seminar about how much they love them. I'm scared as to what would happen if I didn't put them in here.
1. Sharkboy and Lavagirl
Sharkboy and Lavagirl
I previously thought these two were siblings. I guess they did try to hold hands at the end of the movie. Now that I know, I wish we had more Sharkboy and Lavagirl content. (I'm just kidding. It hurt my pride to write that.)
