Valentine's Day Chocolates
If you're wondering what to give to your valentines date, friends, or family for this lovely holiday then I got the recipe for you! Homemade chocolates are the best way to show you care, and a pretty easy way too!
½ pound of chopped dark chocolate
⅛ teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper
1 pinch of salt
½ cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Put chopped chocolate and pinch of salt and chipotle pepper in a bowl.
Heat up whipping cream in a saucepan under medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until it comes to a boil.
Pour cream over chocolate and let stand for 3 minutes.
Stir until the chocolate is completely smooth.
Put chocolate onto a sheet of plastic wrap, roll it into a log, and wrap it together.
Put in the fridge until chill and firm for 30 minutes to an hour.
Cut chocolate into ½ inch squares, or desired shapes.
Place cocoa into a small bowl to toss the cut pieces of chocolate in and gently coat them.
I loved this recipe a bunch and it was a fun thing to make for valentines day! Good luck!
