Recipe: Roasted Brussel Sprouts

First heat your oven to 400° F, then take off the yellow leaves and cut off the end of the Brussel sprouts. After doing that mix the Brussel sprouts in a bowl with three tbs olive oil, 3/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Then place them in a sheet pan and roast for 35 40 minutes. Once they look brown and crispy on the out side, apply some more salt and they are done.

I personally have enjoyed this recipe, and it is a meal that you can have at anytime of the day. Roasted Brussel sprouts are also good if you make a batch of them and then refrigerate what you don't eat for later. When ready to eat, microwave for 30 seconds to one minute and they will taste just as good.
